National Fundraiser

The Canadian Tenpin Federation, along with the leagues across the country, is running a fundraiser event, that can generate funds for both CTF (for their youth tournament) and your league - the proceeds are divided equally - a true Win-Win opportunity.  The products that are being sold are from a company called Lamontagne.  There are 3 catalogues that are being utilized for this campaign.  They are called: Cookie Dough and Coffee, Chocorama, and Collections.  Each league secretary will be offerred a "kit", which includes the catalogues, and all the forms and instructions you need.  These catalogues are also available online at Lamontagne's website - www.lamontagne.ca

The letter that describes this fundraising campaign is shown in full below, or, you can download the entire letter (in Microsoft Word format), by Clicking Here.

---------------------------------------

Is your league or association looking for a fund-raiser that is less demanding? Do you have less volunteers? Do you want to offer a wide variety of products to choose from? An order-taker campaign is your answer!

CTF and Lamontagne are offering a selection of fund-raising products in 3 different catalogues, Cookie Dough and Coffee, Collections and Chocorama. Catalogues are FREE, and conveniently pre-assembled with a 4-copy order form, and a collection envelope. And all Lamontagne products are guaranteed for “complete satisfaction or your money back”. The products are reasonably priced and seeing that this is before Christmas they would make great Christmas office party gifts, gift exchange or Christmas gifts.

The intent of this campaign is to offer leagues and/or individuals an opportunity to earn money for their leagues, charities or in the case of individuals, for themselves, while at the same time helping CTF to raise funds as well. The fundraiser campaign will run from the middle of September to approx October 15, 2011. Participants will sell products from their catalogues to family, friends and maybe even themselves. The money is collected up front, eliminating extra work. Each participant sends his or her order forms and money to your league representative who in turn will send it to Ron Molinski. Then after the order forms are processed they will be sent it to the CTF National Office. CTF will deposit the money from the sale in the National Fundraiser Account and return the order forms to Lamontagne for processing. Lamontange will fill each order and send it directly to the seller, along with a detailed report about 3 weeks later. Once CTF has confirmation that the seller has received their order, they will pay Lamontagne for the order and then forward a cheque to the seller for 50% of the profit. This process ensures that there is no risk and no investment.

How much money does the seller get? Well, the prices are shown in the catalogues, and 55% of that goes directly to Lamontagne, with you, the seller, and CTF share the other 45% equally. CTF will be using their portion of the fundraiser to establish a new National Youth Handicap Tournament. It will not go into CTF’s general funds.         So this is a win-win situation.

Features:
• Easiest campaign needs the fewest volunteers
• Money is collected upfront, eliminating an additional step.
• Sellers & CTF will share profit 50/50
• Orders tallied & packed per seller
• No risk, no investment.

Contact Ron Molinski – Local Fundraiser Chairperson or your league representative if your league or any individuals in your league want to take advantage of this fund-raising opportunity.
